Hello and welcome to my blog!  I hope you enjoy seeing what I choose to do to my nails each week.  I started this blog as an outlet for my new obsessions:  nail polish & nail art.  Also, I was hoping to find some other people that get just as excited as me when trying out new polishes or designs.  It’s a weekly nail blog because, as you’ll soon find out, I couldn’t get a manicure to last more than a week if my life depended on it.  I have the horrible habit of picking at them, plus I am far from gentle on my hands.  I work as an accountant during the week, so my manicures have to be PG/work appropriate.  But luckily, my bosses and coworkers seem to appreciate anything quirky or fun.  So my job doesn’t mean that my nails have to be boring.  As for how I ended up loving this so much; it all started with my mom.  She has some of the longest natural nails I’ve seen in person, and always has them painted some sort of red or brownish gold.  Growing up with that made me appreciate doing nails.  And then I found Youtube, Simply Nailogical, nail art, indie polish,… and it’s just keeps snowballing.  Currently, I’m debating on whether or not to try gel polish
